About Marion County Court Docket

Marion County court dockets are divided among the District Clerk, County Clerk, two justice courts, and Jefferson Municipal Court. Texas also provides statewide search resources, although they do not replace the local keeper. This private reference site organizes those official routes so readers can identify the court, find the proper office, and verify a docket or hearing without treating every record as if it came from one database.

Why We Built This Site

Public access is useful only when a request reaches the right custodian. Susan Anderson, the Marion County District Clerk, keeps district criminal, civil, family, and juvenile proceedings for the 115th and 276th District Courts. County Clerk Kim Wise keeps county criminal and probate records. The justice and municipal courts maintain their own dockets. re:SearchTX supplies a statewide layer for participating courts, but an online result may still require confirmation. The purpose here is to make those lines clear and connect each record type with the official search, contact, and request route.

What You Will Find Here

  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting

What We Cannot Do

This privately operated reference site is independent of every Texas court, clerk, and government agency. Its role has firm limits:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

An official or certified docket must come from the clerk or court that maintains the original record. This resource can identify that office, but it cannot issue the document.

Search Partners

Outside providers power search boxes found on some pages. Each provider controls its service, prices, results, and terms. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. We neither set the charge nor decide what a partner result contains.
